I had the pleasure of meeting Sejal in early 2015 at a cousins wedding. I was immediately impressed by the coordination between her and her team members. They were easy to spot - dressed for success. They knew exactly what they were doing, exuding a confidence that let's face it, the uncertainty of weddings doesn't often bring out in people. I knew right away I wanted The One Event to be at my wedding. It was a no-brainer. I believed I had done a good job of planning my events pretty well until I had my first sit down with Sejal. Sejal and her team at One Event did a fabulous job coordinating our wedding. The team was both professional and hard working in order to ensure all of our events ran smoothly and on time. She had a timeline ready for myself, the groom, and bridal party/immediate family which was super helpful and kept things moving. Sejal with The One Event did a great job at our wedding. She was recommended to us from one of our friends and we are so happy they did. We met with Sejal a few months prior to our wedding to get on the same page on what we wanted and plan for our wedding.
We had an interfaith wedding (Catholic/Hindu). Sejal helped coordinate with all of our vendors for all of our events (Sangeet,Hindu ceremony, Catholic Ceremony, and reception). Sejal brought several things to our attention that we completely over looked. On the days of the events, everything smoothly. Everything ran according to the timeline that Sejal created with no hiccups. Sejal and her team made sure that the Bride and Groom were never bothered with anything and took care of any issues that arose.
We truly believe without Sejal and her team, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was.

Choosing to work with Sejal and her team was one of the best decisions we ever made! From my perspective, as the bride, having someone to speak honestly to about my thoughts, someone to bounce ideas off of, and most importantly, someone who understood the intricacies of our wedding ceremony, was instrumental to my sanity and happiness on our big day. We used the team for same-day coordination for our wedding and reception. A few weeks prior to the events, they stepped in, created our schedule and helped push us to make our final decisions and stay on top of the moving parts.
On the day of, we were unfortunately welcomed with unexpected rain that threatened to spoil our baraat. Luckily, the rain subsided, but in the morning, Sejal and her team prepared at least two backup plans and began to set everything up without concerning either of the families. In addition, 90% of our wedding was comprised of out of towners, which meant that we did not have the ability to have a big meeting to coordinate our schedule and timeline between the family members in person. But with Sejal and her team around, we did not have to think twice about whether everyone was ready to go and available for their roles.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Sejal and your team for executing our wedding plans perfectly! We had a lot of fun working with you and have already recommended your team to our friends!

Everything was executed as planned, everything stayed on time throughout the weekend, and Sejal was able to make last minute executive decisions to make sure things ran smoothly. Even more so, Sejal went above and beyond to help us out when we had a last minute vendor issue. She partnered with my DJ and they were able to find a replacement 2 days prior to the event! The One Event did wonderfully for my best friends wedding. As a bridesmaid I felt there was not much left to do because Sejal took care of everything. It was great working with her throughout the whole event. She made it seem really easy and all the ceremonies went smoothly. It was great to know that there was someone there that cared so much to make the day perfect. I would definitely refer anyone who is getting married to The One Event.
